Zachęcamy do wzięcia udziału w bezpłatnym webinarium PASE&Roku Relacji, które odbędzie się w poniedziałek 8 czerwca o godz. 19.00!
Teacher wellbeing is essential for effective, creative and motivating teaching at any time, but this is especially true during the covid crisis. Teachers are confronted with a whole new additional array of stressors including unfamiliar teaching modes, the emotional demands of social isolation, health concerns, blurred boundaries between the personal and professional, and uncertainty as to when life will return to ‘normal’ and what indeed that will be. In this talk, we will discuss ways of managing our wellbeing during this challenging time. We will focus on specific strategies for protecting and enhancing our wellbeing in the areas of work/life balance, time management, relationships, motivation, emotional focus, and sense of control. Together we will reflect on how we can flourish as people and professionals, not only now but looking forward into the future.
